Pres., Atlas Family Chiropractic PS
I was originally planning on becoming a dentist and was completing my college prerequisites when I was injured in two rear-end motor-vehicle-accidents within 2-days! I suffered significant, constant pain for the first time in my life and no one could provide relief or answers (medical care and physical therapy were treatments prescribed). After 5-months of suffering, someone suggested that I see their Doctor of Chiropractic....so I did.
After my 3rd adjustment, I sent off for my enrollment application to Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. Needless to say by my actions, I was helped for the first time in a way no one had ever helped me. Not only was my care exceptional, but I was educated throughout the whole process and my injuries were explained in a straightforward and common sense manner. Previously, I was told "nothing was wrong with me" and that I just needed pain medication - but that just didn't make any sense.
It still amazes me to this day how many patients are told that "nothing is wrong with them" or "it's all in your head"! If you've never received a gentle and specific chiropractic adjustment, you're in store for a nice surprise! Imagine functioning at 100% with an unhindered nerve system...functioning the way your body is intended to function.
Quite simply, optimum health may only manifest when your body is functioning without any nerve interference. All things being equal, someone with nerve interference cannot be as healthy as someone without nerve interference.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me personally. I look forward to serving and assisting you on your quest for a healthier life.
