To start the process, all you have to do is call our office at (253) 460-4244 and set up a time with Kami, Carrie, Jasmine or Lydia.
They’ll be happy to assist you in finding the best time to schedule your first appointment.
Please complete your initial paperwork by clicking the link below and choosing the appropriate form based on your situation.
Please complete your initial intake on our site before your scheduled 1st appointment. If you would like to complete the forms at our office, make sure you show up at least 30-minutes before your scheduled appointment, so that you have enough time to complete it. When you come in, you’ll meet with either Drs. Roundy, Clark or Long and they will spend between 45-60 minutes with you. During this time, a review of your pertinent history will be covered, a chiropractic examination will be performed, and if you’re accepted as a patient, radiographs (x-rays) will be performed.
On your second visit, your doctor will review your examination and radiographic findings with you. Any questions that you have will be eagerly addressed. Before you’re adjusted, your doctor will explain how the adjustment works and what it will feel like (very, very gentle!). Because we use an Atlas Orthogonal Percussion Instrument, your neck will never be twisted or popped. Once your doctor determines that the adjustment was successful, you’ll head down the hall to the examination room and take one or two post-adjustment films, depending on the problems you initially presented with. These follow-up films will be analyzed and compared to your original, pre-adjustment films; they tell the doctor if the adjustment was right on target, or if the adjustment needs to be changed in any way.
On subsequent visits, your doctor will determine whether or not you are subluxated and in need of a specific chiropractic adjustment. If you’re subluxated, your doctor will adjust – If you’re not subluxated, they will estimate your spinal stability and set up a later appointment.
